Who goes on our safaris? - Single travellers Africa

Even though we may be called safaris4singles and although our tours do cater specifically for single travellers Africa, it does not mean that couples, groups of friends or families are not welcome.

Our tours are open to just about anyone, as long as you are young at heart, adventurous, reasonably fit and prepared to enjoy Africa to the fullest! You don’t have to be able to run a marathon, but as long as you’re prepared to get stuck in and are able to climb in & out of your overland safari vehicle, that’s all you need!

Generally spoken the ratio male/female on our Africa group tours for singles is about 50/50.

And even though some single travellers may be more concerned about who they are travelling with, rather than where they are travelling, our first aim is a fun and enjoyable overland safari for everyone regardless of the number of X and Y chromosomes on safari!

Ages of my fellow travellers?

That’s all fine but will I be travelling with people half or twice my age? It’s entirely up to you!

Our group tours for singles are enjoyed by people from all walks of life, from all over the globe. Ages range from 18 to 50 years of age, and roughly the average age is about 25-30. But, the crux of the matter is that everyone is there to have a good time, to enjoy Africa to the fullest and to meet lots of new people!

Our senior safaris cater specifically for the ever growing market of 50 plus travellers. You will find these tours on your right with the 50+ sign on it. The 50 plus is not set in stone, if you’re travelling with an elder friend or family member, we invite you to come and enjoy Africa too!
